It is an awesome experience to make something that is eye catching as well as mouth-watering at the same time creating awesome memories embroiled in love.

Cupcake Heaven
A cupcake known by many names, which include fairy cake, patty cake or bun, is a small cake, which is designed to serve one person usually baked in aluminium paper or thin cupcake cups. As with larger cakes, icing and other cake decorations, such as fruit or candy novelties may be added.
Tea-time Vanilla Cupcakes
Makes 16-20 cupcakes
Ingredients
125ml (½ cup) butter
500ml (2 cups) cake flour
180ml (¾ cup) castor cup sugar
13ml (2½ teaspoons) baking powder
3,5ml (¾ teaspoon) salt
180ml (¾ cup) milk
1 slightly beaten egg
5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla essence
To decorate
Fondant colour of your choice

Method
Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and reduce to 180 degrees Celsius after placing cupcakes in oven.
Stir butter to soften and sift in the dry ingredients. Add half the milk, egg and vanilla. Mix until flour is dampened. Beat 2 minutes on low speed in electric mixer. Add as much of remaining milk and vanilla as needed until you have a firm dropping consistency. Beat 1 minute longer.
Place butter in paper cases in a muffin pan. Fill half full. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
Roll out fondant to 25mm thickness. Cut out circular shape with round cutters (size to fit top of cupcakes). Press fondant onto top of cupcake. Pipe desired pattern or decorate with novelties of own choice.
