SINCE 1977, it has been illegal to threaten or use violence to enter a property where someone is present and opposes the entry. Upon hearing this statement I’m sure many of us would agree that it should rightly be illegal for someone to enter our homes by using threats or violence when we oppose their entry, after all a guest can only be one who is welcome. Even if such a law did not exist most would agree that it would be morally wrong.
