“Success is not received but achieved” this is one of the key quotes from the young author who recently launched his book titled Success In no time at Eagle Life Assembly Church in Bulawayo.

Besides the book, Chiza does a lot of motivational talk, success coaching and conducting mentorship classes.

Unlike any other teenager in Zimbabwe and the world at large, Chiza has decided to carve his own niche at such a tender age by penning down a motivational book and live a life of motivation and inspiration.

He has taken motivation to greater heights as he clearly states that he was born to motivate and transform people’s lives.

This made him break the record of being the youngest motivational author in Zimbabwe and Africa at the age of 18.

Chiza’s first book, Success in No Time, which is self-published is inspired by his life experiences.

In an interview with Sunday Life, Chiza said that he came to the realisation that he was indeed a transformer of lives when an old man approached him and said his life changed after reading his post on his blog.

“What I have accomplished makes me feel amazing.

“It’s just so inspirational, motivating and uplifting that age is not a barrier not only for me but for some people out there who think they are too young or old to accomplish their dreams. I am very much assured that I have the power to transform the world through motivation, “he said.

He said Success in No Time is a compelling guide to achieving success without struggle. It is practical and challenges the reader to practice in all that they believe in.

In the book every chapter is written in simple language so that the book can be understood by all.

“It’s not a heresy nor is it a made up story that is written down but every page is shaped by my experience to transform people to come out from their comfort zone and live a fruitful and fulfilling life.

“No matter how old you are, where you’re from or what you do for a living, we all share something in common, a desire to be successful.

“We all want to achieve success so we could live a comfortable life and have financial freedom, drive a nice car, and live in a beautiful house.

“But one has to know that success can be achieved but does not come on a silver platter,” he said.

The author said one cannot change their past but can do something today that can dramatically change their tomorrow.

He urged people to believe in the future as reading his book will make one realise their dreams and follow them.

“Your past must not equal your future, reposition yourself today and make new decisions that will change what tomorrow will bring. Invest in your future today.

“Believe in what God made; God made you and he never made a failure.

“He has a purpose in your life,” said Chiza.
