STATE-OWNED mobile operator NetOne says it would start recruiting 2 000 brand ambassadors in Bulawayo tomorrow and has invited those interested to come forward.
Under the initiative, 2 000 jobs will be created in each of the country’s 10 provinces as NetOne moves to increase its market share and fulfil the Zim Asset job creation mandate. Under the project dubbed IS’PANO njenge S’PANO NetOne would conduct the recruitment exercise between 19 and 21 June 2017 at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) grounds.
“NetOne is recruiting 2 000 brand ambassadors to sell our products and services to start on 3 July 2017. Recruitment starts on 19 June and ends at 21 June at Hall 2 at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair,” said the mobile operator.
The company said the applicants should have five Ordinary level subjects and should bring CVs and certificates.
The applicants should also have a smart phone and a NetOne line. Last month, NetOne recruited 2 000 workers in Zone 1 areas, that is Harare, and other outlying areas in a move to fulfil employment creation as stated in the Zim Asset blueprint.
Recently, NetOne has invaded the Internet services provider space through two newly launched products, One-Fi and One-Cliq, which marked the company’s adoption of convergence in line with latest global trends.
