DESPITE having a controversial persona, South Africa-based charismatic, self-proclaimed man of God, Prophet Sisonke Ndlovu’s prophecy on Jah Prayzah could partly be coming true, if the latter’s recent meeting with a popular Nigerian music producer is anything to go by.
About two months ago prophet Sisonke told Sunday Life that he had received a prophecy about high-riding and award-winning musician Jah Prayzah, whom he said through his prophecy, will herald a new beginning to the arts industry in Zimbabwe and that he would soon collaborate with an internationally recognised artiste.
Prophet Sisonke said he had an insight into Prayzah’s future two months ago where he called on all Zimbabweans to support the artiste in prayer, as the Lord was about to propel him to dizzying heights.
Jah Prayzah recently revealed that he was working on a collaboration project with one of Africa’s distinguished music producers; Nigeria’s Don Jazzy.
Donn Jazzy has produced hits such as Dorobucchi and Collabo. He was in Harare last week for a workshop dubbed Africa Unite Through Entertainment (AUTE) for local musicians and producers.
Jah Prayzah through his spokesperson Keen Mushapaidze said they met Don Jazzy to discuss musical projects.
“We met with Don Jazzy at JP Studios, where we discussed a number of things like collaborative tracks and shows.
Plans are underway for the two to collaborate in the near future. We’ll tell our fans more about the collaboration when everything is in place. We’re looking forward to working with one of the biggest artistes in Africa,” he said.
In an interview, Prophet Sisonke said people should take prophets seriously and pay heed to their word.
“As for the prophecy of Jah Prayzah coming true, we are saying much grace to Jah Prayzah and more expansion.
People should listen to prophets when they speak. Yikuthi nje abantu bagcwele insolo kulomoya ongcwele.
With all the winds that have sought to ravage this calling we stand and say we are a product of grace not the law. To the body of Christ we say arise past defeats and failures and ascend to victory. Let’s pray for more of our artistes to be recognised all over the world. I also saw four people in the arts industry being part of Hollywood,” he said.
Popularly known as the Terrorist Prophet, owing much to the manner in which he supposedly “intimidated” the devil’s kingdom, Prophet Sisonke then said Zimbabwe needed to support Jah Prayzah in prayer, as the Lord is about to take him to a new level that will pave way for the supernatural growth of the Zimbabwean arts industry.
“The Lord has revealed to me that Jah Prayzah will soon collaborate with an artiste from Nigeria but based in the US.
He is going very far and will be signed to a company that also deals with sound gadgets.
“He has a great 2016 although an elderly person in his family will succumb to an illness. Jah Prayzah will break down on stage about it. It is a blessing from the Lord for Zimbabwe to have an artiste who is recognised internationally. We had Tuku carrying the Zimbabwean flag up high and as he gives in to age the Lord has raised another music icon that will carry the baton for Tuku and pave way for many other artistes,” said Prophet Sisonke.
Prophet Sisonke is the founder and senior prophet at Living God Ministries International, which has denominations both in Zimbabwe and South Africa.
At the age of 27, he lives in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga in South Africa. Prophet Sisonke was born into a Christian background, as his mother was a prophetess at a local church.
