A LOCAL prophet, who last month made headlines after claiming to have raised a woman from the dead, has challenged Christians to come and witness the great power of his anointing.

This time around he says he can heal anyone suffering from various ailments from wherever they are, through what he termed “Bluetooth anointing”.

Self-proclaimed prophet Emmanuel Kaitano (34) who is the founder of Covenant Revival International Ministries said he could heal a people spiritually, as long as a relative attended his service. Prophet Kaitano said Bluetooth healing stemmed from the bible, where Jesus healed the Centurion’s servant, as related in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke.

According to these accounts, a Roman Centurion asked Jesus for his help because his boy servant was ill.

Jesus offered to go to the centurion’s house to perform a healing, but the centurion suggested that Jesus’ word of authority from where he was at that moment would be sufficient. Impressed, Jesus commented approvingly of the strong religious faith displayed by the soldier and granted the request, which resulted in the servant being healed the same day.

Prophet Kaitano said he will next Sunday hold a day long service dedicated to healing anyone in need through holy anointing.

“I will be hosting a Sunday service that is dedicated to healing those in need. For those that doubt that there truly is an anointing come in your numbers and witness the power of the Lord.

I will be performing what I have termed Bluetooth healing, where I can heal someone spiritually through a relative or a friend that attends church physically,” said prophet Kaitano.

The service will be called the Bethsaida Experience.

“It is written in the bible that Jesus healed a man at the pool of Bethsaida. The man had been waiting to be healed at the pool for 38 years. So I call upon those that have been suffering from ailments be they physical or spiritual to come and be healed,” said prophet Kaitano.

Previously operating in Bulawayo’s Kumalo suburb, prophet Kaitano said the church has since moved from the suburb to the CBD, following requests by members of the church.

“The church has since moved to town, where we will be operating from Homestead, situated next to Rixi taxis. Congregants said they could not afford to commute twice from their homes,” said prophet Kaitano.
