THOUSANDS of Christians from all walks of life are expected to attend the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church in Bulawayo, for the Sunday of Wonders event to be led by ECG founder and leader Shepherd Bushiri’s wife prophetess Mary Bushiri.

Christians from as far as Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania and South Africa are expected to converge on the country for the day-long event to be held at the church’s Zimbabwean headquarters in Bulawayo.

ECG head pastor Patrick Boanerge said people from outside the country had made prior bookings for the event, which is open to anyone.

“We have made bookings at hotels and lodges for many of our visitors coming for the event. This will be a day like no other; we will be praying, preaching, prophesying, and deliverances. This will be a day of miracles I tell you and it is free to anyone that wishes to be delivered from the deathly clutches of evil. We are expecting numbers of guests from all across Africa, as they have been booking and confirming their coming. This event will also be open to people from any ministry as well,” he said.

Pastor Boanerge said that the event would also be live-streamed on social media and would also be recorded and distributed on DVD platform as well as being aired on the ministry’s TV channel — Prophetic Channel.

“The service will be shot and distributed to people; also it will be live-streamed on social media for those that can’t attend.

There will be anointed products for sale as well as other church souvenirs,” he said.

Pastor Boanerge added that prophetess Mary Bushiri would during the day have a special discussion with women on various topics ranging from business, health and marriage.

“Seeing that this is a one of a kind service in Bulawayo, I really urge people to come out to celebrate life and worship the Lord.

The prophetess will arrive on Saturday to prepare for her service, where she hopes to forge Christ related relationships with the country. She will then leave on Monday. ,” he said.
