WE were delighted a few weeks back to host the trailblazing Bulawayo-based Inkululeko Yabatsha School of Arts (Iyasa) dance group as they shot a video for their 2006 song Siqomana Sodwa.

Established in 2001, Iyasa is this year celebrating 15 years of existence in Zimbabwe’s cultural landscape. The video shoot is part of a DVD compilation that the group is putting together in celebration of their artistic journey thus far.

Our traditional kitchen and its various artefacts, traditional games area and murals will feature in the video. We also went outdoors for those perfect scenic shots in the mountains. All we can say for now is wait for the video. It’s worth the wait!

We have many more exciting locations for creatives intending to do video productions. Talk to us. We also have 27 murals that we intend turning into a television production — a whole two seasons. Scouting for the inspired producer.
