Fast-growing asset management firm Bard Santner Investors (Private) Limited has been appointed as the new fund manager for three unit trusts: Tetrad Gold Fund, Gross Income Fund, and Net Income Fund, owned by Tasimba Properties, formerly Tetrad Investment Bank.
Bard Santner Investors is a subsidiary of Bard Santner Markets Inc, a diversified holding company with interests in asset management, corporate finance, wealth management, and remittances. The three funds represent a substantial 19.6% ownership stake in Tasimba Properties, highlighting the critical need for effective governance and performance to ensure a solid return on investment for unitholders.
In a statement, Bard Santner Investors reaffirmed its commitment to managing the funds responsibly and effectively.
