DESPITE still in the running for the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League title, Dynamos are the most undisciplined club in the league.

Heading into match day 29, the PSL released a log to show how the 18 teams are faring when it comes to discipline.

The table sees a team acquire points for any form of indiscipline during the course of the season with the top position occupied by the team with the least points. Dynamos are the worst team when it comes to discipline with 415 points.

According to the PSL, yellow cards warrant five points, red cards 10 points, no name tags five points, not using dressing rooms 10 points, undesignated entry points 10 points, delay match kick off 10 points, no sponsor’s logo 10 points, charge of $499,99 or less 10 points, charge of $500 and above 30 points, home ground suspended 30 points, team cautioned five points.

According to the table, Ngezi are the most disciplined side with the side having accumulated 170 yellow card points and 10 red card points. Madamburo have no charge, which sees them on 190 points. They are followed by Cranborne Bullets who have 195 red cards and 10 yellow cards.

Bad boys, Dynamos have accumulated 185 points for yellow cards and 10 for red cards. Most of DeMbare’s points are accumulated from disciplinary fines.

This season Dynamos have been fined US$4  000 while their team manager Richard Chihoro was slapped with a US$2 000 fine for disturbances which occurred when DeMbare played Bulawayo Chiefs in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League at Barbourfields Stadium in March.

The fines came after Dynamos protested a decision by referee Hardly Ndazi to award Chiefs a penalty.
DeMbare fans threw missiles onto the pitch, head coach Tonderai Ndiraya, goalkeepers coach Gift Muzadzi, team Chihoro charged at the referee and his assistants in protest.

After DeMbare had calmed down, Taimon Mvula, the Dynamos goalkeeper saved Obriel Chirinda’s penalty and the Glamour Boys went on to win the match 2-0.

Dynamos were also fined for their abandoned match against Highlanders again at Barbourfields Stadium.

The match was abandoned in the 92nd minute with Bosso leading 1-0 when Dynamos fans invaded the pitch in protest against Highlanders’ goal.

The fans tore the nets and attempted to uproot the goalposts. Highlanders were handed a US$5  000 fine and Dynamos US$7  500 after being found guilty of failing to control their fans during that game.
