ZIFA Southern Region Division One log leaders Hwange suffered their second defeat of the season when they went down 1-0 to Talen Vision at Mthwakazi Stadium in Filabusi yesterday. Kelvin Chigonero scored the only goal of the match from a corner kick in the first-half to condemn Hwange to yet another 1-0 loss after they lost by a similar margin against second-placed Arenel Movers at White City Stadium two weeks ago.
The loss saw Hwange’s lead at the top of the log cut down to just three points after Arenel overpowered Mainline 2-1. ZPC Hwange made sure their third spot on the log is secure with a 3-0 triumph over Mountain Climbers.

Hwange remain on top of the log with 48 points, Arenel are on 45 points, ZPC Hwange have 43 points while Talen Vision are fourth on 41 points.
