Character means fixed. It also means a predictable image or statue.
This means that you remain the same, come whatever situation.
It is a self-conviction. If you adopt this attitude at school, you will become a successful student. You will also become a leader or a prefect.
With character, everything changes but not you. They will criticize, gossip, curse, etc. but you remain fixed. Don’t be moved.
Remain like that, time is the best teacher. If you become a topic, it means you are on top. Remain in your conviction.
Character is not a gift but a result of a gift. It cannot be bestowed but it’s developed over time.
You can’t pray for character, but you develop a habit. It’s consistent good habits followed everyday.
Eventually, you become a person of character. At the same time , character can’t be delegated. It is made in trial but revealed in light.
While you are at school it is important to know that character builds a true leader . As a leader, you should not be worried about accolades, praise or titles.
That prefect uniform should not change you. Remain with good character.
Don’t be corrupted by power, but empower other students. Tell them about the negative impacts of relationships ,drinking beer or smoking , bunking lessons, etc.
Strong people don’t trust their success, but weak people. Success is a journey and not a destination. Continue discovering yourself and striving to become better.
Work on your weaknesses, and improve your character. Work on your anger, and be patient .
Character means you are the same in the light and dark. When the storm comes you remain standing. You are like characters, 1,2,3,4 or A,b,c,d,e . You remain one. You are like Jesus , the greatest teacher. You don’t change easily.
No one knows the face of Jesus, but every day we talk about him. The reason is, he was a person of good character. He remained one, he was integral. So fight to become a person of integrity.
As a person of character, you are not worried about what others are doing. You are not influenced by peer pressure , competition, or copy others, you are original.
You are worried about self-improvement and fulfilment of your purpose. You are goal oriented. You have no time for negatives or distractors but purpose. Your time is programmed, and you are busy planning for success.
You are trustworthy and dependable. .Here is a question ,” Can we speak good about you in your absence? Can people testify about you in your absence?
“Evaluate yourself today and see if you are a person of character.
