The Bulawayo Social Soccer League (BSSL) has lined up a number of exciting matches this week as all teams clash in Week 12 fixtures.
In Pool A, Fundukulinda are set to host troublesome Makwee , the reigning 2022 Founders Cup Champions. The game can go either way as both teams have blown hot and cold this season. However, Aloise Zhoki Lunga, one of the officials at Makwee believes it’s time to shine for his boys.
“As Makweee we were going through a bad patch, but after our 8-goal thriller against VulaVale last Sunday which ended as a draw. We feel we have found our feet. This Sunday we are continuing from where we left. However, Funda is not a walk in the park, we need to raise our game and get those goals. On paper, we have the advantage as we have always beaten them in all our previous matches,” said Lunga.
Another game that has all the ingredients to be the talk of the town is the one pitting resurgent Stars FC aka “Tiki Taka boys” against stubborn Glenkara aka “Vuthela.” Reigning league Champions Man U take on Mthala alongside other tricky fixtures set for the day.
