President Mnangagwa on Thursday commissioned a new $62 million platinum smelting plant at Unki Mines in Shurugwi. During the ceremony, pupils from Impali Primary School admired his tie and scarf and requested for them. True to both his listening and philanthropic nature, he took off both his tie and scarf and presented them to the delighted pupils. The items were later auctioned and fetched US$4 500 which was donated to the school. The picture shows the President presenting his tie and scarf to the pupils and then joining them in song and dance. — Pictures by Eliah Saushoma
