WHILE the United States of America continues to infringe on the sovereignty of Zimbabwe by calling for what opposition parties and their allies call election reforms in the name of democracy, it has since emerged that its political system is nothing but undemocratic as millions of dead people appear on their voters roll, and illegal aliens and other non-citizens have been casting their ballots for decades over several election cycles.
These illegitimate votes have long diluted the votes of bonafide Americans, whose choices do not count when weighed against votes cast fraudulently. The FBI and Virginia police recently launched an investigation on how at least 19 dead Virginians were recently registered to vote, the Washington Post reported.
All the dead 19 were registered as voters in the Shenandoah Valley city of Harrisonburg, although a clerk double-checking the entries later raised questions about one. She recognised the name of Richard Allen Claybrook Senior, who died in 2014 at age 87, because his son is a well-known local judge. She happened to recall that the judge’s father had died.
“He was a retired Fairfax County elementary school principal and had fought in World War I. So our family is very disgusted that they would pick his name, because he was such a law-abiding citizen devoted to public service,” said his son, retired Harrisonburg General District Court Judge Richard Allen Claybrook Junior.
Relatives of a deceased man also received a note congratulating him for registering. News of the illegal voting in Virginia comes as Republican candidate Mr Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed in campaign speeches that the system, including the electoral system, is “rigged”. More recent reports also indicate the dead have been voting in Colorado.
There are at least 78 dead people currently registered to vote in the Centennial State. A CBS4 radio station investigation into Colorado’s voter rolls found that dead men and women had fraudulently cast votes in multiple state elections.
One of the biggest voter fraud cases, the radio station found was through the voting record of Sara Sosa of Colorado Springs.
She died October 14, 2009, but ballots were cast in her name in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Her husband died on 26 September 26, but a ballot was cast in his name in 2009.
In May 2016, California found that it had hundreds of dead voters on its voter rolls, with 215 of them in the Los Angeles County area alone. The voters are genuinely dead, but others were voting in their names, often through vote-by-mail.
Of these, 86 were registered Republicans, and 146 were registered Democrats. Votes have been cast on behalf of some dead individuals for decades, over several election cycles.
A new report released jointly by the Virginia Voters Alliance and the Public Interest Legal Foundation has also revealed that there are at least 1 046 non-citizens on the voter rolls in eight counties in Virginia.
“Virginia election officials don’t seem to care that thousands of aliens have corrupted their voter rolls. Even worse than doing nothing about it, they are trying to cover it up,” said Christian Adams, the former Department of Justice lawyer who now heads the Public Interest Legal Foundation told Breitbart News.
All this is just a tip of the iceberg that shows that a few power individuals on the political scene manipulate the voting process to steer the direction of the USA, regardless of or even against the will of the majority of voters.
According to the Canada Free Press, voter fraud is commonplace in America as a number of machinations are in operation to ensure that a preferred president in America is selected by the political and financial elite. A 2012 Pew Center on the States study revealed around 24 million — one out of every eight — US voter registration is no longer valid or significantly inaccurate. About 2, 75 million people are registered to vote in more than one state and more than 1, 8 million dead people are still on voter rolls.
Voting by illegal aliens and other non-citizens — millions of whom are registered to vote — is widespread, according to a report released two years ago by Jesse Richman and David Earnest, two political science professors at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va.
“We find that some non-citizens participate in US elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and Congressional elections,” the professors said, adding that non-citizens favour Democratic candidates over Republican candidates.
“Non-citizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress,” the authors write. They estimate that 6,4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008, followed by 2, 2 percent of non-citizens in 2010.
According to Matthew Vadum, an investigative reporter at a watchdog group in America, some politicians are in denial about voter fraud and many of the rest know the truth but lie anyway. Earlier this year US District Judge Lynn S Adelman of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, a Bill Clinton appointee, claimed that “virtually no voter impersonation occurs” in Wisconsin and that “no evidence suggests that voter-impersonation fraud will become a problem at any time in the foreseeable future.”
“The Left’s voter fraud denial industry, underwritten by radical billionaires like George Soros and the leftist groups he funds such as Center for American Progress, Demos, Media Matters for America, and the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University, routinely misrepresent the facts about voter fraud and spread propaganda. Those who believe voter fraud exists are smeared by these leftists as a racist and a kook,” Vadum said.
The late John F Hylan, who was the mayor of New York City from 1918 to 1925, confirmed Vadum’s claims long back.
He said: “The real menace of our Republic is the invisible Government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation . . . The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States Government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties . . . (and) control the majority of the newspapers and magazines in this country.
“They use the columns of these papers to club into submission or drive out of office public officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques which compose the invisible Government. It operates under cover of a self-created screen (and) seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.”
Despite these myriad electoral problems in its own backyard, the United States of America still has time to find problems in Zimbabwe’s election processes. Even though observer missions hailed the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission for professionalism, independence and their tremendous efforts in organising and mobilising voters in past elections, America convinced itself that the voter registration exercise in Zimbabwe was defective and chose to condemn every election the country held since the Land reform programme.
