Vibrant gospel musician Absalom Ndlovu has been selected to become one of the performers at a Live DVD recording concert in South Africa on 27 of November, sharing the stage with the likes of Takesure Zamar Ncube, as he continues to spread his wings beyond his country’s borders.

The event will be at one of the largest Halls in Pretoria,  the South African State Theatre. ‘Yobuyiswa injabulo yethu’ is the tittle given to the Live DVD and CD recording.

The Bulawayo based artiste Ndlovu, who is famously known as ‘Absa’ has been making waves in most of the concerts and church gatherings in Bulawayo and some parts of Zimbabwe.

‘’What motivated me to become a musician is my love for God. In the next five to ten years, I see myself imparting the world, bringing healing to nations through music and other ways as the Holy Spirit is leading me’’ he said.

The lockdown regulations have suffocated most musicians in terms of organising gigs, that saw most of them resorting to online sessions.

Absa is one of the musicians that also did a couple of online jam sessions since last year, the recent one being ‘’Worship in the days of revival’’ which was done on 31 July on Facebook.

The ‘’Zishabalele’’ hit maker also collaborated with artistes like Adrian Kuputen in a track called ‘’Ndakamuona’’ and did most of his tracks with Harvest Music.

He has also shared a stage with significant gospel artistes namely Hlengiwe Ntombela (South Africa), Takie Ndou (South Africa), Takesure Zamar Ncube (Zimbabwe) among others.

On the ‘’Yobuyiswa injabulo yethu’’ live DVD and CD recording, Absa will be sharing the stage with Joseph Motshwarakgole (Botswana), Vinny Ramalepe (Worship House), Takesure Zamar Ncube, Newie Nthabalala and other prominent gospel musicians.
