THE Embassy of the Republic of Iran will exhibit at this year’s annual Kwekwe Business Expo which will be held from 28 to 30 September, an official has said.
In an interview, Kwekwe Expo manager Mr Howard Masaninga said the Iranian Embassy has confirmed that it will grace the expo for the first time aimed at unlocking the business potential of the city. The expo will run under the theme: “Our Nation, Our Responsibility, Your Responsibility.” Since its launch in 2010, Mr Masaninga said the show has grown in leaps and bounds and has managed to attract interest from a number of big companies.
“We have already received confirmation from the Iranian Embassy and we can assure you that they will be part and parcel of the 2017 edition of Kwekwe Expo. We are also expecting the Culture Centre section of the Iranian Embassy to exhibit at the show,” he said.
Added Masaninga: “We are also expecting captains of industry to be part of the business conference which will run concurrently with the expo. The business conference is aimed at creating a platform of sharing challenges and possible solutions so that as Kwekwe we can become a self-sufficient people.
