ILLUSTRIOUS Ugandan arts and business manager — Johnson Majungu has revealed interests in managing local transformational coach and businessperson Zwelibanzi Ndlovu, as he seeks to expand his network across Africa.

Ndlovu is the founder of Stop to Start International, a transformation management firm based in Bulawayo.
Majungu confirmed the development.

“I can confirm that I have signed a contract with Zwelibanzi Ndlovu though it’s for an undisclosed amount. Ndlovu is a man who is talented and I will be enhancing and marketing his profile on an international level,” said Majungu.

Majungu is the director of Gradual Talent Management that is based in the United Kingdom, which also manages Ugandan comedian Anne Kansiime.

Majungu said that he aimed at sprucing Ndlovu’s professional CV, as he revealed that he had a series of interesting events lined up for him.

“I will be creating awareness for Ndlovu and this December he will be traveling to the United Kingdom, where we have fantastic events lined up,” he said.

Ndlovu expressed delight in seeing his business growing internationally.

“I am very excited to announce my new manager Johnson Majungu. At the moment I’m finalising with my local managers, as Johnson is taking over. I am also happy that a contract has been signed,” said Ndlovu.

He also said that he will be doing more international performances, with his UK trip being the first.

“I already have three invitations for this festive season from United Kingdom and because of that I won’t be doing local performances. Most of them will be collaborative performances and I’m sure I will learn more from these coming experiences” he said.

Through transformational coaching, Ndlovu has managed to change the lives of many including famous author Ignatius Mabasa and Kenyan actress Nini Wacera, who described his work as worth all the workshops that they have ever attended.

Ndlovu has conducted training sessions with many companies and has also trained various artistes throughout Zimbabwe.

Besides being a transformational speaker, Ndlovu is also the CEO of Zedesen Africa Ltd an ICT consulting company, founder of Stop to Start Company and sits on boards for four established companies including Zimpost.

Ndlovu holds a Masters of Science Degree in Systems Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology.
