Afro-pop music artistes MKZ Bwilligans and multi-talented artiste Mzoe7 have united in a single gospel song.
The Kwekwe-born artiste Kevin Zindodyeyi who is popularly known as MKZ Bwilliguns explained the title of the song and why they chose to venture the world of gospel.
“The song is titled Mwari Vano Simudza (God can lift us). In this song we thank God for pushing us to this level that we are at today, even though we are not gospel artistes I think it is important to give thanks to the Almighty,” he said.
MKZ Bwilliguns believe that he and Mzoe7 have a good combination thus he chose him in this song.
“You know, Mzoe and I are a good combination, we understand each other and we are all into Afro-pop music and this made it easy for us to gel very well, this is also meant to promote unity among local artistes and instil the spirit of working together,” said MKZ.
The Sharai hit maker said their gospel song was produced by Muffie Cubics. He also said they are in the process of shooting a video for the song.
