The Sunday News

SINCE the ban on nightclubs was lifted, joints in the City of Kings have been elevating their game in terms of the entertainment on offer for revellers.

The last few weeks has seen activity pick up on Sundays, a day not usually associated with a lot of top-class entertainment, with some of the city’s hottest acts taking turns to entertain fun-lovers on the last day of the weekend.

Below is some of the entertainment on offer today.

The Boundary
The Boundary will host the cream of Bulawayo live acts, with Djembe Monks set to go back-to-back with Band Fusion during a gig themed the Sunday Union. The two bands will be supported by DJ Mzoe, DJ Kead, DJ Nickimicks, DJ Hilili Master and DJ Nospa.

The Smokehouse
It will be a busy Sunday for Bulawayo’s most sought-after group, Djembe Monks, who will provide live entertainment early in the day at the Smokehouse before playing at the Boundary later on.

Mguza Yatch Club
Godfatha Templeman, Garry B, Groove Band & Ramsey, DJ Nospa and DJ Eugy are some of the acts that will provide entertainment during the usually eventful Sundays at the Yatch Club.

The Place
The much-loved Outfit Band returns for its traditional Sunday Chillaz.
