TODAY the nation celebrates 42 years of independence, with the main celebrations being held at Bulawayo’s Barbourfields stadium, which is the first time they are being held outside Harare in line with the Second Republic’s devolution and decentralisation thrust.
The Independence Day celebrations are being held under the theme: “Zim@ 42 — Leaving no one and no place behind.”
